Excellent service. From the first visit to the store, I found the experience very good as I was talking to the two owners with years of experience instead of sales people with limited knowledge.
Had three different other contractors work on an oak floor - all three did different things to mess up the job, that last installing subfloor improperly causing pivot points and ridges which caused the oak to creak as it teeter tottered over these ridges.
Upon recommendation stopped in to Integrity flooring. Showed then a video of the creaking and immediately they saw other issues.
They were extremely helpful. I found myself talking to experienced installers with knowledge of proper installation.
They felt for my situation and went overboard to help me get the situation straightened out.
Not only was the experience totally different in that I was talking to down to earth guys with experience, but pricing was very good for getting work done with better quality than the other contractors.
Also they didn't require an unreasonable deposit up front which some other contractors do in that most of the job is paid for before they even do the work, but Integrity does the work first then accepts payment for the balance after the work is done allowing the buyer to be satisfied with the job before making final payment.
Also they guarantee their work so if problems arise they will come and fix it.
I recommend Integrity Flooring as the go to for flooring installations.
